instead of feeling proud or excited that i only have two-and-a-half weeks to go, i instead feel like i've lost a year of my life.

not to worry. at least spending a year drawing kept me away from crack. right?

oh yeah, and i got some pretty drawings from it. that said, this guy is not the greatest animal to rekindle my enthusiasm for this project. the most exciting thing i could find about these barbets is the repeated fact that "their back is mostly black with white spots". thanks.
