day one-hundred-and-five - lion

some might say drawing a lion is awfully boring. well to that i would say TO WIT:

not so much the drawing, but the original at least shows how crazy beautiful lions are. i tend to forget the big animals of our world (except for rhinos) but every now and then it dawns on me just how huge and majestic lions are. they're cats! how are cats that big?
